I am a Carlow based artist/ teacher/ researcher, recently graduated from the Technical University of the Shannon (TUS) with a Professional Master of Education in Art and Design with Digital Media degree. Previous to this, I completed my Bachelors of Art in Fine Art Painting in 2021 within the same college.

I have exhibited my work in a number of galleries in Ireland including Limerick, Tipperary, Carlow, and Dublin. A number of my students work completed as part of my second School Placement in Colaiste Eoin, Hacketstown, Co. Carlow were a part of a reflective exhibition 'what way...' within the Church Gallery in Limerick School of Art and Design in April 2023.

My art practice is predominantly in painting where I explore the movement of the body and my surroundings through abstract and representational shapes and bright colours. I work primarily in the medium of acrylic paint, paint marker, and ink on canvas and within my sketchbook, but I have recently developed an interest in photography and hope to infuse this into my painting practice.
