throught my teaching practice i utalised a reflective journal as a way of reflecting on each lesson as well as my teaching approaches. I found this very helpful to record my observations during and after lessons. I got in the habit of completing a quick reflection after each class, while the lesson was still fresh, to evaluate the strenghts and weeknesses of the lesson as well as the next steps
