This Unit of Learning (UoL) is based on Lino Block Printmaking. The theme for this speicifc UoL was 'Mechanical Objects' where students made observational drawings from primary sourced objects to create a design for a one colour Lino print. A number of students progressed onto a two colour (reduction cut) Lino by the end of this project.

This UoL is suitable to both Junior and Senior cycle. It has been completed in a Junior Cycle framework template yet is adaptable to the Senior Cycle Curriculum
