This section reflects on my daily planning for teaching and learning. These example lesson plans show the template I used to devise the layout of my lessons. This layout containing all the aspects required to deliver a well-balanced class, based on the stage of the unit of learning. The plan includes finer details such as:
-
Student Numbers
-
Lesson Timing
-
Differentiation
-
Literacy & Numeracy
-
Resources and Links
-
Materials Needs
-
Learning Intentions
-
Success Criteria
A lesson plan should demonstrate the ability to plan through research, initial ideas, process of development and the creation of the final work. Time is allocated at the beginning of each lesson to revisit the learning completed in the previous lesson and make students aware of the learning intentions for the current lesson as well as how to achieve the success criteria of the learning.
